Project Overview
The Bellalago Subdivision is located on more than a mile of shoreline along Lake Tohopekaliga in Kissimmee, Florida. P&J was contracted by Avatar Properties to develop the 1,200-acre site for this project, which consisted of approximately 1,500 single-family home lots.

Phillips Contribution
Phillips performed turnkey site development activities for this multi-phase project from the initial clearing and grubbing of the site through final roadway construction. Specific elements of the work performed by Phillips included excavation of material; installation of storm drainage piping, sanitary sewer piping, and pressure piping (6″ to 14″ in diameter); construction of sidewalks; construction of curbed roadways, including placement of asphalt paving; and construction of lift stations.
Throughout the project, multiple change orders and additional phases of work were issued to Phillips. In response to changing requirements, the Phillips management team effectively deployed additional personnel and assets, completing the project on schedule.
