Phillips Contribution
Phillips was awarded a contract by the Northern Palm Beach County Improvement District and Freehold Communities to complete a turnkey site development package for the 1,200 acre Arden project which will include excavation of site materials; installation of storm pipe, sanitary sewer, and pressure pipe; construction of lift stations and a vehicular bridge, and construction of roadway infrastructure.
