Project Overview
The BlueOval City campus spans 3,600 acres and will be home to electric vehicle and battery manufacturing operations. This facility will reimagine the design and construction of electric vehicles and batteries. The project is expected to create over 5,800 jobs and is on schedule to begin production by 2025.

Phillips is delivering site development packages for this two-phased manufacturing campus through multiple contracts. Scope of work includes erosion control and maintenance, clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, demucking, storm drainage systems, subgrade prep, cement stabilization, lime stabilization, building pad roadway and parking lot base construction, and temporary grassing.
