Project Overview

Phillips Contribution
Phillips is delivering site development packages for this two-phased manufacturing campus through multiple contracts. Scope of work includes erosion control and maintenance, clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, demucking, storm drainage systems, subgrade prep, cement stabilization, lime stabilization, building pad roadway and parking lot base construction, and temporary grassing.
