Phillips Contribution
The scope of work on all sites included providing project management, engineering, permitting, and construction services to build 14-foot-high security walls with motorized sliding gates. These walls were 12’ above ground and 2’ below ground and ballistic rated to protect electrical substations. Phillips was also responsible for data collection and field visits, as well as SUE, geotechnical, and survey services; permit research; engineering design and permitting; post-design services; and construction services.
