Phillips Contribution
Phillips performed erosion control installation and maintenance, site grading, storm water installation, and final stabilization. The soil material had to be cut from underneath the existing 765 kV conductor. Phillips developed a comprehensive, site-specific safety plan to eliminate the possibility of incidents while working under the conductor.
