Phillips Contribution
Phillips performed erosion control installation and maintenance, site grading, storm water installation, and final stabilization. The scope also included drilling, blasting, and crushing of rock to be reused as site fill on a very compact site. Daily site control plans allowed Phillips to complete the work in a safe and timely manner.
