Subcontractors interested in working with Phillips across our core markets should complete our Vendor Packet and submit to procurement@phillipsinc.com.

Qualification Process
The information you provide helps us evaluate potential partnerships and match your capabilities with upcoming opportunities. Your submission should document:
- Contact information and key personnel
- Socioeconomic status and diversity certifications
- Safety performance and protocols
- Financial stability and insurance coverage
- Equipment capabilities and specializations
- Geographic service areas
After submission, you’ll receive confirmation that your packet has been received. Your company will be contacted when projects matching your capabilities become available.
Minimum Requirements
All subcontractors must maintain:
- Required insurance coverage (detailed in vendor packet)
- Compliance with Phillips safety standards
- Proper licensing and certifications
- Clean background check results
- Strong financial standing
