Project Overview
To address the increasing water needs of the area and reduce nitrogen and phosphorus levels, the project will provide an alternative means to dispose of excess reuse water and benefit the water quality of surrounding areas. The wetland system will be created on a well-drained 50-acre site, increase the beneficial reuse capacity of the wastewater treatment facility, provide aquifer recharge, and divert outflows away from the surrounding body of water.

Phillips is serving as the design-build contractor and will design, permit, and coordinate the project.
