The scope of work included clearing and grubbing, dewatering, and loading and transport of CCR material to an off-site landfill. Internal temporary haul roads and decanting ditches and sumps were constructed to perform the work in manageable areas. An on-site wastewater treatment facility was established and maintained to treat water in accordance with permit requirements.
