Phillips improved 30 acres of the site. The scope of work included importing fill, excavating and replacing nonaqueous phase liquid (NAPL) plume, and installing box culvert, storm drain, water line, sewer line, and a new sewer force main. Phillips also installed duct bank, a new 35’-deep wastewater pump station, and new interior roadways.
