Phillips & Jordan, Inc., a nationally recognized leader in heavy civil and power infrastructure construction, has officially rebranded its heavy civil operations as Phillips Heavy, Inc. Its power operations will transition to Phillips Power, LLC in 2026, building on decades of industry expertise within the legacy company.
These changes reflect the company’s continued growth and its role within a broader brand evolution led by its parent organization, Phillips Infrastructure Holdings, Inc., now operating as Phillips Infrastructure Corp. The rebrand—completed internally in June 2025—is now being introduced publicly, as Phillips presents its unified operating companies to clients, partners, and communities nationwide.
The Phillips enterprise now operates through four specialized operating companies under one brand:
Building the Infrastructure That Safeguards Our Future
The rebrand highlights Phillips’ dedication to addressing America’s most urgent infrastructure challenges. Throughout the company, Phillips focuses intentionally on four key areas:
Scale and Impact
With more than 1,800 employees and 750 pieces of heavy equipment, Phillips delivers at a scale few can match. The company has moved hundreds of millions of cubic yards of earth for reservoirs, industrial and commercial infrastructure, mines, and renewable energy projects, restored power, cleared access across thousands of miles of transmission corridors, and managed millions of cubic yards of storm debris during disaster recovery missions. These numbers reflect a simple truth: when the nation’s toughest infrastructure challenges arise, Phillips is ready to meet them.
Positioned for the Future
“Our history is rooted in earthmoving and heavy civil work, but our future is about much more,” said Patrick McMullen, President of Phillips Infrastructure Corp. “This rebrand unites our specialized companies under one identity, making it clear that Phillips is equipped to meet the full spectrum of infrastructure needs—whether that’s modernizing our nation’s systems, protecting water, driving the energy transition, or strengthening communities against climate change.”
“This brand evolution positions us to better serve our clients, attract and retain top talent, and keep investing in the systems, safety, and innovation needed for the future,” said William T. Phillips, Jr., CEO of Phillips Infrastructure Corp. “We are one brand, one mission, and one team dedicated to strengthening communities across the country.”
Looking Ahead
As Phillips enters its next chapter, the company will keep investing in advanced technology, training, and equipment to accelerate delivery of the nation’s most urgent infrastructure needs. With over 70 years of experience and a family-led legacy, Phillips remains committed to building projects that protect resources, power communities, and build resilience for future generations.
