Phillips & Jordan, Inc. Rebrands as Phillips Heavy, Inc.; Phillips Infrastructure Holdings Evolves into Phillips Infrastructure Corp.

Phillips & Jordan, Inc., a nationally recognized leader in heavy civil and power infrastructure construction, has officially rebranded its heavy civil operations as Phillips Heavy, Inc. Its power operations will transition to Phillips Power, LLC in 2026, building on decades of industry expertise within the legacy company. 

These changes reflect the company’s continued growth and its role within a broader brand evolution led by its parent organization, Phillips Infrastructure Holdings, Inc., now operating as Phillips Infrastructure Corp. The rebrand—completed internally in June 2025—is now being introduced publicly, as Phillips presents its unified operating companies to clients, partners, and communities nationwide. 

The Phillips enterprise now operates through four specialized operating companies under one brand: 

• Phillips Heavy, Inc. – A leading national company in critical infrastructure development, Phillips Heavy specializes in complex civil construction projects that turn challenging terrain into vital infrastructure. • Phillips Fleet, LLC – The equipment backbone of Phillips, Fleet offers comprehensive machinery solutions, strategic distribution, and proactive maintenance that keep projects moving in the most demanding environments. By owning the equipment, ensuring readiness, and delivering solutions, Fleet allows every Phillips operating company to perform at their best on critical infrastructure projects.
