Jon brings more than 15 years of experience in fleet management, technology integration, and innovation in heavy civil construction to Phillips. In his career, Jon has managed fleets of more than 800 pieces of yellow iron, including the associated risk, maintenance, and support personnel needed to operate. He has a proven track record in P&L leadership, risk mitigation, and technology integration, including telematics solutions that enhance utilization and reliability.
Reporting to Paul Legg, SVP of Enterprise Services, he oversees Phillips Fleet and leads initiatives to improve equipment utilization, data visibility, and operational efficiency.
