Patrick McMullen serves as CEO of Phillips, overseeing strategy and execution across the enterprise. With more than 30 years of experience in finance, administration, and operations, he has been instrumental in shaping Phillips’ growth, culture, and market leadership.
Since joining the company in 1989, Patrick has advanced through senior roles, including CFO and board member, where he modernized financial systems, built formal safety and risk programs, and helped establish Phillips as a premier disaster response contractor. He has personally negotiated more than $1 billion in contracts and guided the company’s transition into critical infrastructure markets with higher barriers to entry and more predictable funding.
Patrick has guided Phillips’ enterprise operations, culture, and performance for the past several years. This transition formally recognizes his leadership in driving strategy, financial strength, and growth across all our operating companies. He will continue to lead with focus, discipline, and the same hands-on approach that has defined our success.
