Gerry serves as Chief Operating Officer of Phillips Infrastructure Corp. while continuing in his role as President of operating company Phillips Heavy, Inc., where he brings nearly 30 years of construction and project leadership experience. His focus is on alignment—ensuring safety, quality, and production remain consistent across all opcos as Phillips continues to grow.
Gerry analyzes market trends and anticipates industry shifts to position Phillips Heavy at the forefront of change. He champions the integration of advanced construction methodologies, alternative delivery models, and innovative technologies, with a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and client-driven solutions. Over the past decade, he has recruited and mentored top-tier leadership talent, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture across sectors.
Gerry joined Phillips in 2014 after nearly two decades in heavy civil construction, specializing in large, complex water resource projects. He has been deeply engaged in alternative delivery contracts—including construction manager at risk (CMAR), public-private partnerships (P3), early contractor involvement (ECI), and design-build (DB). His career includes leadership on critical infrastructure projects across the U.S., Canada, and Australia, giving him the broad perspective and technical expertise to lead Phillips Heavy in delivering projects that build a stronger, more resilient future.
As part of the Phillips Executive Team and a member of the Phillips Board of Directors, he oversees business capture, client management, strategic planning, and execution of major dam, reservoir, site preparation, mining, and reclamation work across the enterprise.
