Erik joins Phillips in a newly created executive leadership role.
He brings more than two decades of experience in construction, commercial real estate and corporate law spanning some of the largest and most complex construction initiatives in the United States, with a business-minded approach to legal strategy, compliance, and risk management that will strengthen enterprise governance and support future growth.
Reporting to Patrick McMullen, Chief Executive Officer of Phillips Infrastructure Corp., he oversees Contracts and Legal Affairs for the organization, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction. He partners with executive leadership and project teams to structure contracts, mitigate risk, and support successful project delivery across large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
