Emily brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing, public communications, and strategic outreach to her role, where she leads branding and communications for the Phillips family of companies.
She began collaborating with Phillips in 2014 and officially joined the company in 2018, quickly advancing to her current leadership position. Emily was the driving force behind the rebrand of Phillips & Jordan (P&J) to Phillips, uniting the company’s operating businesses under one powerful, integrated identity. She is instrumental in shaping Phillips’ corporate identity, transforming communications strategy, and embedding a people-centered culture.
Emily directs all aspects of marketing and communications — from brand development, outreach strategy, and media relations to crisis management and executive strategic planning. Her leadership at Phillips has included guiding the company’s crisis communications during COVID, launching the Phillips Center of Excellence for leadership development, and serving as a trusted advisor and member of the executive team on long-term business strategy.
